1) Grammar correction required at several places.
2) If you rearrange the sub-headings you'd be able to create more impact.
3) Your objectives/goals sound too generic. Stress more on your specific goals.
4) Vertical line spacing is not uniform throughout the resume.
5) Indentation( vertical alignment) of the Education and Skill Level sub-heading is not correct.
6) Overall, your resume looks somewhat empty. Add awards or internship but remember not to clutter your resume with lots of stuff.
I suggest you use Adobe InDesign to build your resume if you haven't already done so. It's easier and there are several tutorials to help you. I hope this helps.
